Who owns the work?

Original photographs, films and creative materials made by TRIM VISUALS are generally copyright-protected. Copyright ownership depends on who made the work and any relevant agreement; third-party assets remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. A client commissioning work does not automatically receive copyright ownership.

Using images from this website

You are welcome to browse the public portfolio and share a link to it. Do not download, reproduce, repost, sell, alter or incorporate site images or video into another project without permission, unless applicable law allows that particular use.

Client usage rights

The permitted uses of commissioned photographs or video should be confirmed in the project agreement or delivery terms. This may cover personal sharing, social media, business promotion, advertising, platforms, formats or duration. A licence to use work is different from ownership of the underlying copyright. Ask before assuming any specific permission.

If you would like to use a photograph or video in a campaign, on a website, in print, in paid advertising, as part of an edit or for resale, please describe your proposed use so an appropriate licence can be discussed. Extra uses may require additional permission or fees.

People, privacy & portfolio display

A photograph may involve privacy, consent and image rights in addition to copyright. Publication of commissioned images in the portfolio will be handled according to the applicable agreement, permissions and law, with particular care for private or sensitive work.
